Each Exhibit space includes:

Pavilion Hours:
- May 23, 2012: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- May 24, 2012: 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Exhibit spaces should be staffed during evening receptions. Exhibitors are not required to staff their space during the day when most attendees will be in the conference sessions.
Pavilion Location:
The Pavilion will be located in the Randle Ballroom D&E, adjacent to the main conference sessions. The Pavilion will serve as the location for all breaks and for receptions on Wednesday and Thursday evening. Contact Andrea Jackson for more information and the exhibitor registration package.
